职位概况
面向持有残障证的求职者，BASF日本分公司招聘供应链计划员，提供混合办公和弹性工作时间。
主要职责
- 管理采购、生产及转移订单，确保库存水平最优化。
- 在团队指导下支持供应链管理（SCM）项目，重点是ERP升级。
- 协助销售与运营计划（S&OP）及其他供应链计划工作。
- 可视化并分析SCM关键绩效指标，推动本地物流改进。
- 与供应商、物流服务提供商合作，提高供应链的可靠性和灵活性。
- 负责采购品不合格的管理（NCM）。
任职要求
- 具备学士或硕士学位。
- 能够使用日语和英语进行基本沟通（可使用翻译工具）。
- 拥有生产管理、需求计划、进出口业务或客户沟通等相关工作经验。
必备技能
- ERP系统使用经验
