职位概况

株式会社カワチ薬品提供为期5天至2周的长期店铺员工体验实习，面向在校学生，时间为2026年7至9月。

主要职责

参与店铺日常接客与商品陈列。
体验销售现场的业绩与利润管理。
了解店铺运营的后台流程与数字管理。

任职要求

不限专业，面向大学、研究生、专科等在校生。
对零售业或店铺运营有兴趣。
能够在指定时间段内完成实习。

必备技能

良好的沟通能力。
对数字和业绩管理有基本认知。

我们提供

真实店铺工作体验。
现场反馈（FB）。
可根据个人情况灵活安排实习时间。
