职位概况

住友商事推出的Hands‑on实习，提供2026年9月2日至11日（工作日）为期5‑10天的现场商务体验，面向2028年毕业的学生。

主要职责

在所选业务部门与现场员工共同参与项目，了解业务全貌。
参与业务调研、方案策划及会议讨论。
协助撰写报告或提案，体验真实商业决策过程。

任职要求

2028年毕业的在校生，热衷了解综合商社业务。
具备基本的商务沟通能力和团队合作精神。
能够在东京现场工作，适应快节奏环境。

必备技能

无特定技术技能要求，具备基本办公软件使用能力。
