职位概况
负责卫星热控制系统的设计、分析与测试，确保航天器各部件在太空环境下保持在允许温度范围内。
主要职责
- 进行被动与主动热控制方案的优化设计。
- 设计热防护硬件（如多层绝热材料）并集成到航天器。
- 建立并维护热数学模型，预测温度分布和加热功率。
- 编制并执行热真空、热平衡测试计划。
- 管理热控制子系统的开发进度、预算及供应商。
任职要求
- 具备导热与辐射传热的扎实理论知识。
- 在航天、汽车、电子或机器人领域拥有热控制设计、分析或测试的实际经验。
- 英语和日语商务水平。
