职位概况
Astroscale 在东京招聘卫星运用工程师，负责卫星系统整体开发计划下的运用设计与执行，确保卫星在轨运行安全可靠。
主要职责
- 依据卫星系统开发计划主导运用设计，编制运用计划文档。
- 从运用角度提出卫星系统及地面系统需求，推动相关文档准备。
- 与卫星系统、地面系统工程师及客户进行技术协调，收集并落实运用信息。
- 开发运用设计所需工具，制定运用程序验证计划。
- 组织并执行运用人员培训、演练，负责卫星发射后运用执行与协调。
任职要求
- 3 年以上卫星或航天器运用/开发实践经验。
- 具备卫星运用设计、运用文档（手册、计划、流程）编写经验。
- 熟悉卫星运用地面系统，具备英语沟通能力。
- 日语母语水平或相当于 JLPT N1。
- 具备问题分析、原因定位及解决方案实施能力，良好团队沟通协作。
必备技能
- 卫星运用设计与规划
- 地面系统运用
- 轨道力学基础
- 运用模拟器开发经验（优先）
- 无线电操作员执照（优先）
