职位概况

本项目为夏季限定的职场体验会，面向大学、研究生、专科及短大在校生，带领参与者走进奥沢地区综合支援中心，了解高龄者福祉咨询与社区建设工作。

主要职责

随同中心工作人员参与日常咨询援助与社区活动。
参加入职介绍、部门说明、午餐交流会。
与年轻职员进行座谈，了解职业选择与工作感受。

任职要求

在校大学、研究生、专科或短大学生（含硕士）
对介护、福祉工作有兴趣
能够自行前往奥沢站（步行5分钟）参加活动

必备技能

无特定技术技能要求
