职位概况
负责酒店客房及公共区域的清洁、洗衣及设施维护，确保符合品牌卫生标准，提供客房用品配送服务。
主要职责
- 执行客房、走廊、仓库等区域的日常清洁检查。
- 管理洗衣业务，处理遗失物品。
- 报告并跟进设施维修及不符点。
- 维护客房用品及备品的库存。
- 确保清洁质量符合IHG标准。
任职要求
- 具备酒店客房清洁或同等工作经验，优先有城市酒店经历。
- 具备良好沟通能力，能用英语与客人交流，日语商务水平以上。
- 具备团队合作精神，积极主动，适应轮班工作。
必备技能
- 熟悉Opera等酒店管理系统操作。
