职位概况

马自达技术系项目面向大学生和研究生，提供为期5至10天的线上实习体验，帮助学生了解汽车制造业的研发、生产、物流及销售等环节。

主要职责

参与项目策划、前期研发及产品开发等主题的学习与讨论。
了解并体验清算、物流、销售与服务等业务流程。
通过线上或线下活动，感受马自达的企业文化和工作氛围。

任职要求

在校大学生或研究生（含博士、硕士）。
对汽车技术或相关行业有兴趣。

必备技能

我们提供

符合公司规定的住宿费及交通费补贴（针对远程参加者）。
线上学习平台及部分线下交流机会。
