职位概况

株式会社鴻池組在东京提供为期5至10天的建筑施工管理实习，帮助学生现场体验测量、配筋检查等施工环节，了解公司文化与行业特点。

主要职责

在现场进行测量工作。
拍摄施工现场照片，记录进度。
检查配筋质量，协助现场管理。
与项目经理及现场工人交流，了解日常工作流程。

任职要求

在校大学生或应届毕业生（2028届）。
对建筑施工行业有兴趣。
具备基本的沟通与团队协作能力。

必备技能

测量技能。
现场摄影记录能力。
配筋检查基础知识。
