本项目为明治安田生命在神奈川地区举办的为期五天的剧情体验式咨询销售实习，帮助学生真实感受保险行业工作。
主要职责
- 了解生命保险行业的社会角色及明治安田的优势
- 参与咨询式销售工作坊，深度挖掘客户需求并进行方案设计
- 与在职员工座谈，了解工作真实情况和职业发展路径
任职要求
- 对生命保险、金融及咨询销售有兴趣
- 在校学生，预计2028年毕业
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
必备技能
- 无特定技术技能要求
