职位概况
Bosch日本横滨人力资源部提供为期4-12个月的实习机会，工作时间为每周20小时，适合在校大学生。
主要职责
- 支持跨域计算解决方案事业部的人力资源工作全流程。
- 策划并执行针对入职1-3年员工的入职培训项目。
- 准备并组织XC事业部的人力资源工作坊。
- 跨部门工程领域工作坊的准备与运营。
任职要求
- 在校大学生，能够在实习期间保持在校状态。
- 能够在日本生活和工作，具备跨文化适应能力。
- 具备良好的沟通、主动性和可靠性。
必备技能
- 熟练使用MS Office。
