職務概要
半導体製造装置の設置・保守・メンテナンスを担当し、シニアエンジニアの指導のもとで装置の立ち上げや定期保守、トラブルシューティングを行います。顧客先での作業を通じて装置の安定稼働を支援し、技術スキルを習得します。
主な業務内容
- シニアエンジニアと協力し、顧客先での装置保守・アップグレードを実施
- デジタルツールや分析データを活用したトラブルシューティング
- 電気系統・真空・機械・プラズマ・油圧・空圧・ガス供給システムの予防保全と修理対応
- 顧客との直接的な連携・報告・コミュニケーション
- 安全基準・品質基準に従った作業の実施
