職務概要

医療機器（超音波診断装置・生体情報モニタ等）の据付・保守・修理を担当し、顧客が安全に製品を使用できるよう支援するフィールドサービスエンジニアです。福岡支店を拠点に、医療現場での迅速な対応が求められます。

主な業務内容

医療機器の据付、定期点検、緊急・予定修理を実施
顧客からの問い合わせを迅速にエスカレーションし、報告・提案を行う
技術・対人スキルの育成や機器の技術力向上に取り組む
安全性問題の報告や保守・修理に関する提案・請求業務

求める人物像

異業種からの転職歓迎（航空・自動車整備、IT、エレベーター保守等）
転勤に抵抗がなく、チームで協働できる方
理系バックグラウンド（電気・電子・機械・医療技術）を有する方

必須スキル

普通自動車運転免許（必須）
ネットワークに関する基礎知識（歓迎）
エコー（超音波診断）経験または臨床検査技師としての経験
電気・電子・機械・医療技術に関する知識

年収450万円〜580万円（賞与含む）※経験に応じ優遇、固定残業代30時間分含む
