職務概要
Johnson & Johnsonの富士工場において、製造・検査・包装・保存のオペレーション業務をリードし、品質の高い医薬品を安定的に供給します。
主な業務内容
- 正しい手順で時間通りに検査・製造・包装作業を実施し、品質を維持する。
- シフト体制で製造スケジュール管理、作業効率・安全性・品質の継続的改善に取り組む。
- GMP遵守のためのトレーニング完了と、逸脱・品質問題のQI起票からクローズまでを主導する。

- EHSルールやインシデント報告を遵守し、顧客志向で業務に取り組める方。
必須スキル
- GMP/CGTPに関する知識と実務経験（歓迎）
- リーン・シックスシグマの知識・経験（歓迎）
- 日本語（JLPT N1相当）での業務遂行能力
- 英語メールを翻訳ツール等で理解できる基礎力
