職務概要
ABBのエネルギー産業部門（エネルギー事業本部）で、ビジネスを支援する調達および物流戦略を主体的に管理・実行します。コスト・品質・供給の信頼性を最適化し、ビジネス要件に沿った購買戦略を策定して、現在および将来のニーズを満たせるサプライヤー能力の確保に貢献します。勤務地は静岡県伊豆の国市または東京都品川区で、東京の場合週3回の出張ベースとなります。
主な業務内容
- プロジェクトにおける競争力のある調達・サプライヤーマネジメント戦略を策定し、ローカル調達と部門戦略の整合性を確保する
- コスト・品質・納期の改善に向けた調達戦略を計画・実行する（グループ・事業部のガイドラインに従う）
- 担当国のプロジェクトにおける調達活動の実行・進捗管理とリスクの特定・分析・対応
- 輸入輸出許可、税務、通関、輸送書類などの貿易・物流要件へのコンプライアンスを確保する
- 物流プロセスとインコタームズの知識をステークホルダーへ共有し、円滑なプロジェクト実行を支援する
- 調達の標準・ツール・プロセスを適用し、品質・納期・コスト・サステナビリティを確保する
求める人物像
- 工学系またはファイナンス・経営学の学士号
- プロジェクト調達・購買・サプライチェーンの経験8〜10年、自動化および電気機器・サービス分野での経験
- 日本語能力試験1級必須、英語中級必須、韓国語尚可
- 異文化理解力とコミュニケーション能力、交渉力と契約・法務の理解
必須スキル
- 調達プロセスとP2Pシステムの理解
- 関連するサプライ市場の知識
- ローカル物流要件の理解
