職務概要
株式会社ケアライフ青森の八戸営業所が募集する訪問介護のパートです。週1日〜週6日、平日のみまたは土日のみの勤務で、1日実働1時間以上（13:00〜18:00の間）の短時間勤務が可能です。訪問先は青森市内のため直行直帰がしやすく、主婦・主夫・フリーター・60歳以上も歓迎しています。
主な業務内容
- 身体介護：起床介助、オムツ交換、食事・入浴・排泄介助、車いすへの乗降、着替えのお手伝い
- 生活援助：居室掃除、調理、買物代行、薬の受け取りなど
求める人物像
- 普通自動車運転免許（マイカー持ち込み可）
- 介護職員初任者研修修了またはホームヘルパー2級（いずれか1つでOK）
- 未経験・資格なしでも、資格取得費用を全額会社負担で支援する制度があります
提供する待遇
- 時給1,200円〜1,300円（土日は＋100円）、賞与あり
- 介護福祉士資格手当5,000円、移動交通費、年末年始出勤手当
- 社会保険完備、屋内禁煙、定年60歳（再雇用あり）
- 資格取得支援制度、年次有給休暇
