職務概要
株式会社ケアライフ青森（十和田営業所）が募集する訪問介護のパートスタッフです。青森市内の訪問先で、週1日〜週6日、平日のみまたは土日のみの勤務で1日1時間以上から始められます。未経験・資格なしでも応募可能で、介護職員の初任者研修の費用は全額会社負担で取得できます。
主な業務内容
- 身体介護：起床介助、入浴介助、おむつ交換、着替え介助など
- 生活援助：食事の用意、掃除、洗濯、買物代行、薬の受け取りなど
求める人物像
- 普通自動車運転免許（マイカー持ち込み可）
- 介護職員初任者研修修了またはホームヘルパー2級（いずれか1つでOK）
- 経験・資格・年齢・学歴不問
提供する待遇
- 時給1,200円〜1,300円（土日は＋100円）、賞与あり
- 介護福祉士資格手当5,000円、移動交通費、年末年始出勤手当
- 社会保険完備、屋内禁煙、定年60歳（再雇用あり）
- 資格取得支援制度（全額会社負担）
