職務概要
青森市内の訪問介護のパートスタッフを募集しています。週1日〜1日1時間程度で、平日昼間の短時間勤務が可能です。介護技術研修を受け、生活援助と身体介護を行います。未経験・資格なしでも応募できます。
主な業務内容
- 身体介護：起床介助、排泄介助、食事介助、着替え介助、入浴介助、おむつ交換
- 生活援助：居室掃除、洗濯、調理、買物代行、薬の受け取り
求める人物像
- 普通自動車運転免許（マイカー通勤可）
- 介護職員初任者研修修了またはホームヘルパー2級（いずれか1つでOK）
- 未経験・資格なしでもOK（資格取得支援制度あり）
提供する待遇
- 時給1,200円〜1,300円（土日は＋100円）、賞与あり
- 社会保険完備、交通費・駐車場無料、屋内禁煙
- 資格取得費用全額会社負担、年次有給休暇
- 定年60歳で再雇用あり
