職務概要
青森市内の訪問介護のパートスタッフを募集しています。週1日〜1日1時間程度、平日のみまたは土日のみの勤務が可能で、訪問先は市内のため直行直帰がしやすくなっています。未経験・資格なしでも応募可能で、未経験者は資格取得費用を全額負担する制度があります。
主な業務内容
- 身体介護：起床介助、オムツ交換、食事・入浴・排泄介助、車いすへの乗降、着替えのお手伝い
- 生活援助：居室掃除、調理、食事の用意、買物代行、薬の受け取り
求める人物像
- 普通自動車運転免許（マイカー持ち込み可）
- 介護職員初任者研修修了またはホームヘルパー2級（いずれか1つでOK）
- 経験・年齢・性別・学歴不問
提供する待遇
- 時給1,200円〜1,300円（土日は＋100円）、賞与あり
- 介護福祉士資格手当5,000円、移動交通費、年末年始出勤手当
- 社会保険完備、屋内禁煙、定年60歳（再雇用あり）
- 資格取得費用全額会社負担、試用期間3ヶ月
