负责柴油、汽油及电动动力总成的 ECU/VCU 软件系统设计，参与全球项目，提供技术方案并推动实现。
主要职责
- 与客户进行技术讨论，制定软件需求规格。
- 与印度、越南、德国团队共同开发系统概念。
- 请求软件实现并管理开发进度。
- 执行集成测试和系统测试。
- 参与客户联合测试（发动机台架或整车）。
任职要求
- 3 年以上嵌入式软件需求管理及开发经验。
- 熟悉 ICE、HEV、BEV 动力总成控制系统。
- 优秀的问题分析与解决能力。
- 具备领导力和跨文化沟通能力。
- 有全球团队工作经验。
- 日语母语，英语 TOEIC 600 分以上（或相当）。
