Production Business Unit 3 Manager – Fuji Plant

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Business Unit 3 Manager for the Fuji Plant to lead manufacturing operations, ensure goal achievement, and drive continuous improvement across the production department.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Production Department Director and Plant Head to secure resources and achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure all team members understand the link between goal setting and KPIs for each business unit.
• Conduct regular reviews with senior supervisors to meet KPI targets and guarantee safe, high‑quality product output on schedule.
• Lead Kaizen activities for inspection, packaging, and safety, supporting the team to meet OEE improvement targets.
• Oversee training plans, ensure GMP/CGTP compliance training is completed on time, and support career development while maintaining work‑life balance.
• Guide root‑cause investigations and corrective actions for deviations or quality issues, taking responsibility for outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, quality, or demand‑supply planning.
• Experience in process improvement and project management.

Required skills

• Business‑level English communication (including weekly teleconferences with overseas teams).
• Process excellence and project management capabilities.
