Recruiter – Japan (Tokyo)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter to help expand Applied Intuition's presence in Japan. You will own the full‑lifecycle hiring process for engineering, sales, and administrative roles, working closely with both local and US leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with key business and engineering leaders in Japan to define hiring needs.
• Independently manage end‑to‑end recruitment for sales, engineering, and general administration positions.
• Collaborate with senior managers in the United States to make strategic hiring decisions.
• Travel to Sunnyvale headquarters for initial onboarding and alignment.
• Own either engineering hiring or go‑to‑market hiring streams.

Required profile

• Strong desire to work for a high‑growth startup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Experience recruiting in the software industry is a plus.
• Background in a software company is advantageous.
