职位概况
负责日本市场的性能化学品（如苯乙烯、甘油类）以及原材料和能源（天然气、工业气体、电力、可再生能源等）的采购策略，确保竞争力的采购和稳定供应。
主要职责
- 与供应商进行谈判，制定并执行最优采购条件和价格。
- 管理合同签订、履行及后续监控，特别是能源与公用事业合同。
- 开展日本化工及能源市场及供应商分析，提供成本与可持续性兼顾的供应方案。
- 推动供应商管理、风险管理及单一来源管理。
- 与生产基地、业务部门、全球采购组织及供应商紧密协作，确保供应稳定。
任职要求
- 具备原材料或能源采购经验，了解日本市场政策、费用体系及主要玩家。
- 能够进行供应商评估、绩效管理和风险控制。
- 具备良好的谈判技巧和合同管理能力。
- 能够使用SAP、Coupa等采购平台。
