Reservations Assistant Manager

About the role

The Reservations Assistant Manager supports the Reservations Manager in handling pre‑booking sales, reservations, and scheduling for Rhythm Rides across multiple ski resorts. This hands‑on position combines day‑to‑day booking execution with leadership of the Reservations team, ensuring a smooth, guest‑focused operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Reservations Assistants on a daily basis.
• Manage rostering, approve timesheets, and cover the Reservations department during the manager’s absence.
• Process and manage pre‑bookings for all resorts, matching guests with appropriate instructors, guides, or products.
• Support scheduling, instructor/guide allocation, and prepare daily handovers to Guest Services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, packages, and pricing across resorts.
• Ensure consistent enquiry, booking, and scheduling standards, including backcountry pre‑bookings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture relationships with agent partners.
• Monitor sales plans and financial targets, flagging early concerns such as booking pace or capacity gaps.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly wage ranging from ¥2,650 to ¥3,150.
• Monthly salary from ¥461,100 to ¥548,100 (approx. ¥5,533,200–¥6,577,200 annually) plus performance‑based incentives.
• Travel allowance of ¥100,000 reimbursed based on actual flight costs.
• Seasonal fixed‑term contract with variable hours (30–40 hours per week).
