Safety Consultant – Life Sciences Cloud Implementation

About the role

Veeva Japan is seeking a Safety Consultant to lead the implementation of its Vault Development Cloud for life‑science customers. You will work on safety‑focused applications that help organizations streamline clinical, regulatory, and quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement Veeva Vault Development Cloud solutions for safety data and content management.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, perform configuration, validation, migration, integration, training and go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, product, strategy, sales and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to guarantee adoption and alignment of processes with system design.

Required profile

• Experience in the life‑sciences sector, particularly with document and data collection/storage.
• Background delivering solutions in the pharmacovigilance domain or daily use of safety systems.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
