职位概况

负责公司内部DX推进及基幹系统刷新规划，所属系统技术部，工作地点位于真岡制造所。

主要职责

策划、提案、管理基幹系统的开发与运维，覆盖订单、销售、生产、质量、会计、采购等业务。
推动工厂智能化项目，参与云、容器、低代码等新技术的引入。
从预算制定到系统上线全流程项目管理。

任职要求

具备基幹系统开发或运维经验，了解制造业业务流程。
能够与业务部门协作，进行业务需求分析与系统方案设计。
具备项目管理能力，能够独立推进DX相关项目。

必备技能

云计算技术
容器化技术
低代码开发平台
PDM（产品数据管理）系统
生产排程系统
