Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

As a Senior Delivery Manager on Braze’s Expert Services team, you will own the early phase of the customer lifecycle, guiding new clients through onboarding to achieve rapid time‑to‑value. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Architects to align business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage a portfolio of customer onboardings, accelerating time to value.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business and technical goals and build credible relationships.
• Deliver enablement training and workshops on strategic and technical topics.
• Own technical workstreams, coordinating with client product and engineering teams.
• Tailor onsite and remote onboarding experiences to exceed client expectations.
• Set KPIs and success metrics, advocate use‑cases to product development, and ensure smooth transition to Customer Success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a client‑facing environment.
• Proven project management experience, preferably with technical implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a curiosity for continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills to quickly grasp customer needs and respond clearly.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast‑paced setting and collaborate effectively.
