Senior Finance Analyst – Vision Deliver Finance

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Vision Deliver organization across the Asia‑Pacific region, with a primary focus on the Japan market. Reporting to the Finance Manager in Singapore, you will partner with logistics and customer service functions to influence strategy, drive financial performance, and support FP&A processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business planning and bottom‑up forecasting for Japan and other APAC markets, coordinating detailed updates and submissions.
• Prepare regular financial reports, commentary, and performance decks for leadership reviews, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support period‑closing activities, including accrual estimations, fixed‑asset transactions, and intercompany cross‑charges.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis such as scenario modelling, cost benchmarking, and performance analytics.
• Assist with FP&A process changes and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
• At least 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to build trusted partnerships across business and finance functions.
• Fluent in business‑level English (TOEIC > 800) and business‑level Japanese.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% internationally across APAC.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, look‑up functions).
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive presentations.
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes and period‑closing procedures.
