Senior Manager Customer Solutions (MedTech)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for Customer Solutions within its MedTech business in Japan. The role will shape the customer solutions strategy, drive adoption of global applications, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve end‑to‑end logistics and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Japan Customer Solutions strategy, aligning it with MedTech business priorities and global direction.
• Lead deployment and adoption of global customer‑facing applications, managing requirements, design, testing, cut‑over and sustained use.
• Provide leadership for reliable, compliant customer service operations, establishing KPIs, dashboards and continuous improvement processes.
• Partner with Commercial to identify strategic accounts, analyse end‑to‑end logistics flows and implement improvement projects.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across Commercial, Planning, Distribution, IT and other functions, championing simplification, digitalisation and automation.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of four, building capability in customer experience, process design, project management and change leadership.
