Senior Partner Project Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior Partner Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale events, from contract signing to final closure. You will act as the central liaison between event organizers and internal teams, ensuring every milestone is met on time and to Fever’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of major events, coordinating sales, legal, product, engineering and support functions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Gather, document and prioritize product and process requirements, working closely with the product and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Q&A repository for user support.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
• Attend on‑site launches or critical dates when required.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management or consulting, preferably in a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Degree‑qualified with strong analytical, organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Japanese; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable coordinating cross‑functional teams and thriving in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
