Senior Software Engineer, Internal Tooling

About the role

We are looking for a senior, proactive software engineer to join our DevOps/DevEx team and help build and scale the internal development platform that powers RevenueCat’s engineering organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal tools, services and automations that enable safe and fast shipping for engineering teams.
• Extend and improve existing CI/CD pipelines, canary releases, feature flags, and access‑control workflows.
• Develop infrastructure‑as‑code using Pulumi and Python to describe Kubernetes services and related cloud resources.
• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted development tools while ensuring security and architectural standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, DevEx or platform engineering with a strong software development focus.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and turns needs into reliable solutions.
• Passionate builder who creates frameworks and abstractions that make best practices easy to follow.
• Curious about LLMs and AI coding tools and eager to help the team leverage them.
