Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

LSEG is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with its businesses and attract top talent. You will work directly with hiring managers to build sourcing and attraction strategies, develop proactive talent pipelines and promote the LSEG employment brand. The role sits within a diverse TA team in a world-class People function.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting high-calibre talent and partnering with hiring managers on a sourcing strategy for each role, with regular updates throughout the hiring journey
• Standardise hiring processes and procedures, and ensure quality of candidate and hiring manager experience
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs
• Develop direct sourcing channels, employee referrals, advertising and other creative solutions
• Work with the central sourcing team on market mapping and market intelligence data
• Run internet and social media campaigns, evaluate funding sources and make proposals
• Report recruiting metrics regularly and ensure 100% of applications are recorded in Workday with accurate reporting
• Keep job descriptions and adverts consistent, and train and mentor hiring managers
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activity and salaries, and champion inclusive hiring
• Take part in ad-hoc TA projects

Required profile

• Significant experience as a talent acquisition specialist in a global organisation, preferably financial services
• Proven ability to source and hire directly using ATS platforms (e.g. Beamery) and external sources (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Strong business acumen, understanding of cultural differences, and ability to communicate with management and employees at all levels
• Strong influencing, negotiating and consulting skills, and credibility with business leaders
• Ability to work across a large, matrixed organisation and handle ambiguous situations
