Ski Leader for Winter Ski Camp 2026

About the role

English Adventure is seeking enthusiastic Ski Leaders to guide groups of 7‑10 children during a winter ski camp in Tsunan, Niigata. You will combine ski instruction with room‑leader duties, ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all campers.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and supervise ski sessions for children in the morning and afternoon.
• Act as Room Leader during non‑ski periods, overseeing campers’ wellbeing.
• Maintain a non‑smoking, safe camp environment.
• Participate in mandatory staff training and background checks.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and available for all training and camp dates.
• High‑level skiing ability with willingness to learn instruction techniques.
• Strong desire to help children enjoy camp.
• Valid work visa for Japan (for domestic applicants).

Required skills

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Ski instructor certification or experience (preferred).
• Japanese language ability at N3 level or higher (preferred).

What we offer

• Daily remuneration (15,000 ¥ for qualified ski leaders, 12,000 ¥ otherwise).
