Staff Shuttle Driver

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Staff Shuttle Driver to transport our team members between their accommodation and workplace in the ski resorts of Niseko and Hakuba, Japan. The role involves operating a shuttle bus on a fixed schedule, ensuring safety and punctuality throughout the season.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the shuttle bus along the designated route, adhering to the timetable and all Japanese traffic regulations.
• Conduct twice‑daily vehicle inspections, refuel, and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Maintain a clean and presentable interior and exterior, removing snow and ice during winter conditions.
• Communicate any delays, route changes, or incidents to management and fellow drivers.
• Support staff events and special transportation requests as directed by the People Operations team.
• Assist with snow removal in the parking exit area to ensure safe vehicle departure.

Required profile

• Possess a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) with a category D endorsement.
• Experience driving large passenger vehicles in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible seasonal hours from October/November to April.
• Strong attention to safety and capacity limits.
