Supervisor Quality Engineering

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supervisor Quality Engineering to lead quality initiatives at the Sukagawa Plant. The role combines process validation, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality initiatives and act as the subject‑matter expert for process validation and equipment qualification.
• Establish, analyze, and improve in‑house processes, proposing and implementing improvements with global manufacturing partners.
• Execute validation activities, including equipment qualification, as the Validation Owner.
• Lead strategic priority projects, EHS, IOSS, and data‑integrity activities at the plant.
• Develop short‑term and long‑term departmental strategies, monitor progress, and collaborate with Japan CQ.
