About the role
The IBP Planner is responsible for demand planning and inventory/supply management for a defined portfolio of MedTech products, ensuring high service levels and optimal inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop SKU‑level operational forecasts by integrating historical, market, and strategic data.
- Collaborate regularly with cross‑functional partners such as Marketing, Finance, QA, Regulatory, and regional/global planning teams.
- Create scenario plans to support on‑time product launches.
- Take urgent actions to mitigate supply shortages and optimize inventory to reduce stock‑outs, slow‑moving stock, and scrap.
- Lead the local IBP process to align consensus forecasts with the business plan.
- Meet and improve KPI targets (Inventory, OTIF, SLOB, MAPE).
Required profile
- Strong analytical skills to develop and communicate consensus forecasts.
- Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and manage difficult conversations.
