职位概况

由TBS电视台主办的综艺制作训练营，面向在校大学生和研究生，提供现场讲座与助理导演（AD）实战体验，帮助学员了解电视综艺节目的策划与制作流程。

主要职责

参与现场讲座，学习节目策划、编导与制作要点。
在约两周的实战阶段担任助理导演，协助节目现场执行。
参与小组讨论与企划提案，体验真实制作环境。

任职要求

在校大学本科、硕士或博士研究生。
对电视台工作、内容制作有浓厚兴趣。
具备团队合作精神，愿意投入现场工作。

必备技能

对综艺节目有基本了解。
良好的沟通与组织能力。

现场导师指导，近距离感受节目制作。
与TBS资深制作人、导演的交流机会。
完成培训后可获得TBS出具的参与证明。
