Technical Project/Program Manager – AIx & WRA Server Deployment

About the role

Applied Materials seeks a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead the deployment and maintenance of Actionable Insights Accelerator (AIx) and Wafer Results Analytics (WRA) servers for semiconductor customers and internal labs. The role combines hands‑on technical leadership with project coordination to ensure reliable server performance.

Key responsibilities

• Technically lead the installation, configuration, and set‑up of AIx and WRA servers at customer sites and internal laboratories.
• Provide both onsite and remote technical support for server hardware and software during initial deployment, regular maintenance, and manufacturing/testing cycles.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, and lead projects with manageable risk and resource requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience with hardware and software systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AIx and WRA server hardware and software.
• Strong networking and remote‑connectivity troubleshooting skills.
• Technical support expertise for semiconductor manufacturing tools.
