职位概况
负责出前馆配送业务的数据分析与架构建设，支持营销与运营决策。
主要职责
- 构建和优化数据仓库（BigQuery），进行数据清洗。
- 使用 Tableau 等 BI 工具实现数据可视化。
- 支持数据驱动的营销活动策划与效果评估。
- 通过用户分析制定运营策略，优化配送匹配算法和奖励机制。
任职要求
- 具备参与多方（营销、工程）协作的分析项目经验。
- 熟练使用 SQL 进行数据抽取、聚合与分析。
- 有使用 BI 工具进行数据分析的实践经验。
必备技能
