- 加入能力团队，作为市场/消费者理解专家，参与品类和品牌团队工作。
- 提取业务课题，推动决策，协同品牌团队落实战略。
- 与品类经理、品牌经理并肩工作，深度参与品牌业务。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历。
- 具备营销调研经验，熟悉定量、定性调查的设计与分析。
- 能够从消费者和购物者数据中提炼洞察。
- 具备良好的沟通与跨部门协作能力。
