About the role

The Growth Marketing Senior Specialist will join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team to design and execute data‑driven growth campaigns for a global client base. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role supports customers across banking, retail, and other industries to expand their digital payments reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop personalized growth‑marketing engagement plans based on customer demographics and behavior.
• Manage multi‑channel media initiatives, including email, sponsored content, and digital advertising, to maximise visibility and lead generation.
• Lead CRM segmentation and analytics to create data‑focused campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise tactics to improve marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
