Senior Partner Marketing Specialist – Japan

About the role

As a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist at AVEVA, you will work closely with our partners and channel sales teams across Japan to generate demand, boost brand visibility, and accelerate partner‑led growth. This position requires a strategic B2B marketer who can translate AVEVA’s regional objectives into impactful partner campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with AVEVA’s growth priorities in manufacturing, automotive and high‑tech sectors.
• Design and launch programs that drive pipeline, acquire new customers and strengthen the AVEVA brand through partner initiatives.
• Oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF), evaluate joint plans and ensure optimal ROI.
• Localize global channel campaigns for the Japanese market, blending in‑person and digital tactics.
• Share best practices, guide partners on innovative marketing approaches and foster collaboration across the ecosystem.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data and continuously refine strategies.
• Execute campaigns to grow and nurture developer communities, tailoring content for local engagement.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of B2B marketing experience in technology or industrial sectors, with hands‑on partner marketing exposure.
• Strategic thinker able to align partner activities with broader go‑to‑market plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
• Proven project‑management ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid understanding of demand generation, ROI and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, seller‑partner models and MDF programs.
• Creative, collaborative self‑starter who thrives in cross‑functional environments.
