Controlling Department Internship – Finance & Cost Management

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth's Controlling Department in Tsuchiura for a 6‑12 month internship where you will gain hands‑on experience in financial analysis, cost management, and budgeting within a global engineering company.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and maintain transfer prices for internal transactions.
• Register new materials and perform product cost calculations.
• Support budget control activities and monitor variances.
• Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program throughout the internship period.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to live and work in a different culture for the duration of the assignment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI (preferred).
