职位概况
负责在CFO直接领导下，构建并运营面向国内外投资者的IR体系，提升mov的企业价值。
主要职责
- 与国内外投资者直接沟通，维护投资者关系。
- 制定并执行IR战略及资本政策。
- 支持公司经营企划、并购等中枢业务。
- 协助CFO进行企业价值的对外宣传与提升。
任职要求
- 具备财务或投资者关系相关工作经验。
- 能够在CFO直报的环境中独立开展工作。
- 具备与国内外投资者沟通的语言与表达能力。
必备技能
- 财务分析与报告能力。
- 投资者关系（IR）策划与执行经验。
