Medical Affairs MSL – Infectious Diseases & Vaccines

About the role

The Medical Affairs MSL will engage scientific leaders and key decision makers in the infectious diseases and vaccines space, building trusted relationships and sharing scientific insights that support MSD's medical strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scientific exchanges with SL/KDMs in compliance with FM‑SOP, Ministry of Health guidelines, and other regulations.
• Develop and execute individual plans aligned with the Medical Strategy (CMAP) and Field Engagement Plan (FEP).
• Collect and share insights on unmet medical needs, data gaps, and emerging literature with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the SL list, and support advisory boards and medical education events.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or academic setting.
• Strong scientific foundation, willingness to learn the therapeutic area, and high ethical standards.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and work collaboratively in a team.
