職務概要

睡眠分野に特化した在宅医療機器の営業です。医師や医療従事者に寄り添い、在宅療養ライフを支える製品を提案します。

主な業務内容

既存顧客の維持と新規処方の獲得
新規顧客・市場の開拓と育成
顧客情報の収集・分析、営業計画の策定と実行
ソリューションビジネスの拡大
地域KOLの窓口対応
社内事務業務（売上処理、器台管理）
担当施設・患者様への機器新規導入と管理

求める人物像

医療業界での営業経験や顧客対応経験があり、提案活動を主体的に推進できる方
医療現場での実務経験があり、呼吸製品に関心がある方
業界営業経験者歓迎、法人・個人問わず営業経験がある方

提供する待遇

基本給 420〜650万円（みなし手当て含む）、インセンティブ30％（月給35〜万円＋インセンティブ）
年間休日121日、週休2日制、祝日・年末年始休暇
社会保険完備、退職金制度（退職一時金・確定拠出年金）
研修制度（オンライン研修、入社後6か月のサポート研修）
転勤あり（全国範囲で転居支援、社宅補助あり）
