職務概要
睡眠分野に特化した在宅医療機器の営業を担当し、医師や医療従事者と連携して患者様の在宅療養を支える仕事です。製品の提案・導入から使用方法の説明、勉強会の実施まで幅広く関わります。
主な業務内容
- 既存顧客の維持と新規処方の獲得
- 新規顧客・市場の開拓と育成
- 顧客情報の収集・分析、営業計画の策定と実行
- 地域KOLとの窓口対応、社内事務（売上処理・機器管理）
求める人物像
- 業界営業経験者歓迎
- 法人・個人問わず営業経験がある方
- 医療現場での実務経験者（営業経験は不問）
- 顧客対応経験があり、呼吸関連製品に興味がある方
提供する待遇
- 基本給 420〜650万円（みなし手当て含む）
- インセンティブ30％（月給35万円＋インセンティブ）

- 全国範囲の転勤あり（社宅等補助あり）
