顧客に対してコンサルテーションサービスを提供し、自社製品の適正な使用と販売促進を行う役割です。チームや事業部の目標達成に貢献しながら、個人の売上目標も達成します。

主な業務内容

顧客への製品・疾病に関するコンサルテーション実施
自社製品の適正使用と販売促進活動
テリトリーマネジメントとKPI（コール数・訪問割合等）の遵守
顧客情報・競合情報の収集・社内共有

求める人物像

獣医学的知識を積極的に習得できる方
エンゲージメントスキルを実践し、顧客との関係構築ができる方
チームへの貢献意識が高く、情報共有を積極的に行える方

必須スキル

製品・疾病に関する知識
セリングスキルとプレゼンテーションスキル
PCや各種アプリケーション等ITツールの基本的な活用能力
英語での業務上のコミュニケーション能力
