小田急电铁提供为期1天的土木·建筑专家职体验，帮助学生了解铁路土建设施的维护与管理工作。
主要职责
- 参观线路、隧道、桥梁、车站等设施。
- 了解土木结构的保全、点检与维修流程。
- 参与现场施工管理与安全保障的案例分享。
任职要求
- 具备土木或建筑专业知识，对设施保全感兴趣。
- 愿意在现场团队中协作，完成施工管理任务。
- 面向2028年毕业的学生或同等学历者。
必备技能
- 土木结构基础知识。
- 安全管理意识。
