职位概况
日幸ライト工業面向28、29、30届毕业生，提供线上1日工作体验，帮助学生了解汽车零部件制造业及公司文化。
主要职责
- 参加公司及行业介绍，了解EV塑料部件的生产流程。
- 通过团队协作的分组任务，体验问题分析与解决。
- 在互动环节提问，获取职业规划建议。
任职要求
- 在校大学、短大或高等专科学校学生，毕业年份为28、29、30届。
- 对手工制作、模型等动手活动有兴趣。
- 具备良好的沟通协作意识，能够使用Teams线上参与。
必备技能
- 无特定技术技能要求，具备学习兴趣和团队合作精神。
